The following courses are required:

• Aerial Lift Operation
  Frequency: Annual, Duration: 1 hour
  
• Fall Protection
  Frequency: Annual, Duration: 1 hour
  
• Hearing Conservation
  Frequency: Annual, Duration: 1 hour
  

The following course is required if driving on university business:

• Defensive Driving
  Frequency: Every 4 years, Duration: 1.5 hours
  

The following courses are recommended:

• Back Safety/Ergonomics
  Frequency: As needed, Duration: 2 hours
  
• Forklift/Heavy Equipment Operation
  Frequency: Every three years, Duration: 2 hours
  
• General Safety Orientation
  Frequency: One time only, Duration: 2.5 hours
  
• Hazard Communication (HAZCOM)
  Frequency: Annual, Duration: 1 hour
