Unit 11 Academic Student Employees

• For Informal Level complaints, follow the complaint guidelines outlined in CSU Executive Order 928.
• For Formal Level complaints, follow the complaint guidelines outlined in Article 10 Grievance Procedures of the CFA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• In both cases, you should complete the Discrimination Complaint Form (PDF).

All Other Students & Student Employees

• If you have any complaints regarding unlawful discrimination or harassment, follow the complaint guidelines outlined in Presidential Directive 2007-07.
• Complete the Discrimination Complaint Form (PDF).
