MPH Distance Program Culminating Experience

Per University policy, graduate students must fulfill SJSU's Graduation Requirement through successful completion of a Comprehensive Exam. The Comprehensive Exam is offered over a three-day period on the SJSU campus. Students respond to a request for proposals. They take on the role as a community health educator working in or representing a public or non-profit agency. The exam allows students to demonstrate administrative, organizational, programmatic, and budgetary capabilities for carrying out the proposed program.
