Special session forms are mandated. All forms must be completed and submitted to PACE by email at pace@sjsu.edu, or through DocuSign.

1. Instructional Appointment Form OnBase - Used to appoint faculty for special session and winter session.
2. AAD-AS&SM Class Add Form – Special Session - Used to schedule or add a new course.
3. Class Section Add Form - Reference Guide
4. AAD-AS&SM Class Change Form – Special Session - Used to update or make changes to an existing course.
