A welcome packet that includes an acceptance letter,  DS-2019, and pre-arrival information will be emailed to you directly.  Please contact our office at j1-visa@sjsu.edu if you have not received your welcome packet. 

Prior to the start of your exchange program, we will email you more details regarding your required Orientation session.
