In order to receive a permission number to enroll into any of the classes mentioned above, please complete and submit the form below.

Course Permission Number Form

Permission numbers will be sent out to those students who have filed for graduation in Fall 2013, and have taken the pre-requisites for the course. Permission numbers will be sent out by July 1st.

Students who have not filed for graduation or have filed for Spring 2014 will only be accommodated after Fall 2013 graduating seniors, if there is space available in the class.
