To ensure we are able to serve all students equitably, we request you reserve a specific day and time for your advising appointment. If you do not have a scheduled advising appointment, and have a question you would like to ask, please email SpartansAbroad@sjsu.edu or call 408-924-2670. Scroll down to the Staff Directory to book an appointment with any of our team members.

For in-person appointments, please check in at the front desk of the College of Professional and Global Education (CPGE), located at the Student Union-West. The CPGE door faces Clark Hall & the Engineering buildings.

Before meeting with an advisor, we recommend creating an account in the Spartans Abroad Portal and completing an advising application; this will help your advisor best prepare for your upcoming appointment.
