Request Procedure

Call or visit the Academic Technology Network office. Our office number is 408-924-2636. We are located in the Instructional Resource Center, Room 310.

Renewal Requests

Files are kept active from launch date to the end of the academic year ( June 30). Renewal request period is from the beginning of June to the end of July. All inactive files will be removed from the streaming server and archived on a DVD disc.
