Video Production Request
We enjoy serving the University by producing quality videos for your office. The following guidelines will ensure good quality and a smooth transition to post production and delivery. We are requesting that when you book a shoot with us that you can commit to the following:
1. Minimum set up time required inside the venue (prior to event start time)
1 camera – 30 minutes
2 cameras – 1 hour
Multi-camera, switched (with or with out live stream) – 2 hours
Any shoot requiring our light kit – 2 hours
Large venue such as the Event Center – 3 hours
2. Please note that we are already booked on Thursdays, 10am – 2pm during the Fall and Spring semesters. This means we are available until 9:30am in the mornings (after your event) and starting at 2:30pm (for set up) in the afternoons.
We hope that these guidelines will help you with scheduling and will lead to quality productions.
