Finance serves the campus community by providing administrative and financial services:

• Accounting & Financial Systems provides accounting and financial reporting services

• The Bursar's Office provides services related to cashiering, accounts receivable and collections

• The CMS Project Office is responsible for implementation, upgrade, training and support of all PeopleSoft systems and the MySJSU home page

• Procurement & Support Services provides purchasing, accounts payable, shipping & receiving and campus mail services

• The University Budget Office oversees university budget administration and planning
