Employee Recognition Program

Our goal is to recognize performance that is above and beyond the call of duty. Recognition Cards can be awarded any time. Award celebrations are scheduled three times per year.

Level 1: Service Group You Make The Difference! Recognition Cards

It is just as important to give recognition to others as well as to receive recognition. We are all part of a team. Please take a moment to fill out a recognition card for any individual or team who has gone above and beyond to help you do your own job in a better or more efficient manner. Cards can be given for a task performed or for assistance/expertise provided to you. These cards are available in the Bursar's Office and Clark Hall 500 common areas.

Level 2: Service Group You Make The Difference! Award

Consider nominating an individual or team for consistently performing in an outstanding manner. Awards are based on the University’s six priorities:

Demonstrating Excellence: Setting the highest standards and supporting continual improvement and innovation

Demonstrating Integrity: Being honest, fair and accountable for our actions

Support of Community: Valuing collaborative relationships

Support of Diversity: Respecting diversity and valuing the strength it brings to our community

Level 3: Division No Matter What Award

Consider nominating an individual or team for consistently performing in an outstanding manner. Awards are presented to employees who demonstrate the University Shared Values in an exemplary manner. More detailed information is available at Division of Administration & Finance Recognition Program.
