The Registration Payment Request is intended as a way to pay for an off-campus conference, workshop, seminar or class, when a department GoCard is not available.

• Ensuring the registration being requested has first been approved through a Request for Travel Authorization. Please see the SJSU Travel Guide for detailed information.
• Completing the Registration Payment Request form.
• Providing registration details/backup documentation along with the request.

Once all necessary documentation is submitted to Accounts Payable, registration payment requests are generally processed in 10 business days.
