When we deliver a parcel to you, we will require your signature to acknowledge receipt. This signature provides a POD and a means of tracking parcels throughout the campus.
It's important to open and inspect parcels immediately. If your shipment is damaged or defective, there may be a limited time that the vendor will accept a return or exchange. See Receiving & Inspecting Deliveries.
If you receive a parcel in error, call us immediately. Failure to do so may result in your department being charged for the full value of the merchandise.
Delivery/Pick-up Time Limit
We have limited space in our warehouse. We need room for the constant large and oversized shipments coming in as well as the room to operate and receive shipments efficiently. We strive for same day delivery of all parcels.
If you are not ready to accept a delivery within 48 hours, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage on stored merchandise.
