Tracking Shipments

 Shipment Status

  1. If you need the status of a shipment that is not associated with a purchase order, first contact the vendor for a tracking number and the shipping carrier. Each parcel will have a different tracking number.
  2. You have two options for tracking your shipment:
    • Track the shipment yourself at PackTrack.
    • Contact Distribution Services with the carrier name and tracking number and we will track your shipment for you.

Proof of Delivery

  1. If you need a POD for an inbound shipment, please contact Distribution Services.
  2. Have your tracking number or purchase order number ready when you call. The tracking number can be obtained by contacting the shipper. Each parcel will have a different tracking number.
  3. We will find out the date of delivery and the name of the person who signed for the shipment.
