Ones that are Electronic & Information Technology (E&IT) products are subject to an Accessible Technology Initiative (ATI) compliance review if it will affect multiple users, i.e. used by students, employees, the public, and university guests.  E&IT products are defined as equipment that are electronic, displays and/or conveys information.

For equipment with a purchase cost of less than $5,000 and not connected to ATI:

    1. Use ProCard process.

Regardless of cost, if product is requires ATI compliance or greater than $5,000:

    1. Use Requisition process.
    2. Refer to ATI Procurement Criteria for additional information to provide on the Requisition.
