Anything that you'll need to purchase (commencement book, ribbons, event site, rental of furniture, etc.) must be submitted to Purchasing on or before the deadline to insure that the order is placed on time, contracts are reviewed and signed by a buyer, and that Purchasing obtains insurance from those vendors providing a service to the university.
