Year-End Q & A Forum

The purpose of the Workshop is to discuss financial and administrative year-end processes and deadlines, focusing on current-year changes. Ample time will be available to answer questions. All staff with accounting, budget and procurement responsibilities are invited to attend.

Changes affecting the following processes will be discussed:

April 2 deadline for E&IT Requisitions over $50,000
Cost allocations for phone, copiers, postage, etc. cutoff at May 31
Pcard may be used continuously through June 30
No cutoff for OfficeMax orders
No cuttoff for Petty Cash reimbursements
