Family & Medical Leave
The CSU provides Family Care and Medical Leave to eligible employees in accordance with the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) and Collective Bargaining Unit Agreements.
Upon completion of FMLA, you are entitled to return to the same position or another position with equivalent benefits, pay and conditions of employment.
You are also entitled to retain any health insurance benefits during time away from work due to FMLA.

Certification of Serious Injury or Illness of Covered Service Member Military Family Leave (FML)(.pdf) Used by your family member's health care provider to certify their health condition and your time away from work.
