MySJSU

MySJSU is the university's online information system. Students are advised to log on to MySJSU at least twice a week. Important information such as financial aid and enrollment status are posted there or sent through MySJSU email. This is also the portal for registering for courses, paying fees, and checking final grades.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students are responsible for monitoring their enrollment status. Retroactive course adds will not be allowed if a student fails to access information sent by the university regarding their enrollment.

Office of Graduate Studies and Research

The College of Graduate Studies and Research (GS&R) is responsible for the quality of our graduate degree programs, including admissions, academic standing, and graduation. Their website has many useful graduate degree forms, links to financial aid and other opportunities for graduate students, and university policies that apply to all graduate students, regardless of degree program.
