IPP’s Education team provides customized training programs to meet your specific organizational needs.
We work with senior management to understand organizational priorities and provide your company with tailored learning experiences and skills-based courses. Programs can be offered in-house at the organization site. The process includes:
- Meeting with senior managers to identify the issues to be addressed through training. If the issues are unclear, we can conduct a survey and/or focus groups to narrow down the issues.
- Identifying a solution and providing recommendations - either training or other initiative.
- If a training need is identified, clarifying the learning objectives and outcomes
for the training course and customizing an existing course or designing/delivering
a new course to achieve the client’s objectives.
