Communications

To gather diverse feedback and promote informed student participation, the Campus Fee Advisory Committee will engage broadly with the campus community. Events scheduled are listed below and include an open forum and tabling. Check back as details will be updated throughout the referendum period.

Open Forum

Students are invited to attend an open forum to learn more about the Student Health Fee proposal. The forum will include details, followed by an opportunity for students to ask questions and share feedback with campus subject matter experts. Pizza will be served.

Time: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Location: in-person in the Student Union Theater and on Zoom for remote attendees

Tabling

Subject matter experts will be available to discuss the Student Health Fee proposal during Fall into Well-being Fest.

Date: October 21, 2026
Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Location: Tower Lawn

Voting

Students will have the opportunity to cast their vote starting Monday, November 2 at 8 a.m. through Friday, November 6 at 11:59 p.m.
Students will receive a separate email with details about the referendum process and a link to cast their vote.
