SJSU desktop support technicians are the first point of contact for using this service on SJSU owned computers. Please contact your SJSU desktop support technician(s) to register and activate current versions of Microsoft Software provided under these agreements.

• Or, go to our ticket portal and submit an incident ticket into our ticketing system.
