San José State University's Help Desk
We, at the ITSS Help Desk, are a source of computing assistance for students, faculty and staff. If our staff cannot help you with a particular problem, they can refer you to the right sources, be it a campus department, a computer's manufacturer and/or software vendor.
What to do first
We suggest you should do a few things before calling the Helpdesk. This "What to Do First" webpage has a list of our suggestions.
