The Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) team comprises Information Technology professionals whose mission is to deliver timely, reliable and expert technical support service to San Jose State University students, staff and faculty.
Information Technology Support Services deploys and provides technical support for operating systems for Windows and Macintosh computers, standard productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office), core business applications and connections to print services. We also supply log on account creation for secure connections to our domains and network drive space for file sharing. Consulting services of Information Technology Support Services also includes management of technical projects for departments and colleges.
The goal of Information Technology Support Services is to serve as a knowledgeable resource for questions or problems concerning the use of computing and information technology, and to deliver timely, reliable and expert technical support with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
