Smart and Enhanced Classrooms
There are currently 101 Smart Classrooms and 57 Enhanced Classrooms maintained by Classroom Technology Support.
The basic equipment in a Smart Classroom consist of:
- LCD projector of at least 3000 lumens
- DVD/VHS combo player
- Smart Panel to turn projector on and off, switch sources to the projector and adjust volume
- Audio amplifier and speakers
- VGA cable to connect a computer to the projector
- Catlinc with ethernet to allow remote monitoring
The basic equipment in a Enhanced Classroom consist of:
- LCD projector of at least 3000 lumens
- Pixie controller to turn system on and off, switch between computer or video source and adjust volume
- VGA cable to connect a computer to the projector
