This page is designed to provide you with the information you need to get your passwords reset. If you use University E-mail (Lotus Notes) or UNIX e-mail, and have lost your e-mail password, or if you have lost your passwords for SJSUOne or MySJSU, your password must be reset. We do not have the ability to look up your password.

Give us a couple of days to reset a UNIX password. UNIX passwords must be picked up in person (please bring photo ID) at the University Help Desk by the person owning the account. Eventually UNIX based authentication is being phased out, even for UNIX e-mail! All UNIX system users are strongly advised to get a SJSUOne account.
