This page is designed to provide you with the information you need to get your passwords reset at SJSU. If you use SJSU e-mail systems systems, including University E-Mail (Lotus Notes) or the old UNIX e-mail, and have lost your e-mail password, or if you have lost your passwords for Blackboard, SJSUOne or MySJSU, your password must be reset. We do not have the authority to reset your MySJSU password, but this page contains information on how to do that.
We do not have the ability to look up your old password, or send you your old password, for any SJSU systems.
If you are using SJSU Student E-Mail, please follow the instructions for SJSUOne. Changing your SJSUOne password changes your student e-mail password to match your SJSUOne password.

Give us a couple of days to reset a UNIX password. UNIX passwords must be picked up in person (please bring photo ID) at the University Help Desk by the person owning the account.
