- Passwords and password resets
This page provides the information you need to get your passwords reset. We do not have the ability to look up your password. If you use University E-Mail (Lotus Notes) or the old UNIX e-mail and have lost your password, it must be reset. - E-Mail and UNIX Password Change
This page provides information for changing your own SJSU UNIX password. You must already have a valid UNIX password to use this procedure. - E-Mail Setup
This page provides setup information for e-mail client software such as Outlook, Apple Mail, Eudora and Thunderbird as a client for the key university e-mail servers. This is not information that will help you configure groupware software such as Outlook (when it is used as a direct client to an Exchange server) or the Lotus Notes Client software for the University's Lotus Notes Domino Server. - Forwarding E-Mail
