Lotus Notes

What is Lotus Notes?

Lotus Notes is an enterprise software used on campus to facilitate collaborative efforts amongst, as well as with, colleges, departments, and units at SJSU. By using the Lotus Notes clients software, at the basic level, users can: send and receive email, schedule various tasks in their calendar, input tasks in a To Do list, and input people into the Address Book as well as access the SJSU LDAP directory. At the more advanced level, users can: delegate sending and receiving emails using their name to another person, delegate and/or share (for view and/or edit) of the user's calendar, access and edit rights to department/unit created calendars, and much more.
