Student and Academic Organizations
- Academic organizations or departments sponsoring activities
outside of the classroom may borrow equipment at no charge. There
is a charge for the services of an operator.
- Organizations sponsoring conferences for which admission or
registration is charged may use equipment and the services of
an operator for a charge agreed to in advance.
- Organizations sponsoring non-academic activities may borrow
equipment for a charge agreed to in advance. Operators are not
provided for these activities.
