Thank You for Shaping the Future of our Community
The Campus Climate and Diversity Survey is now closed. Thank you to the students, faculty and staff members who took the time to share their perspectives and experiences during these unprecedented times. Responses will guide a committee that will be formed in fall 2020 and will be charged with promoting equity and a sense of belonging for our students, faculty and staff.
Safe and Confidential
This campus climate study offers a safe, confidential opportunity to describe your personal experiences and observations, and offer suggestions for change to help enhance the campus climate at SJSU.
The goals of the study are to uncover challenges facing members of our university community, identify successful initiatives and develop strategic initiatives to build on the successes and address the challenges.
