Metric
- Increase the percentage of graduates employed in the regional workforce.
Creativity and Talent
Grow and strengthen a lifelong network of students, alumni and partners to foster institutional affinity and success by utilizing critical platforms for community engagement and university distinction like athletics, the arts and academic public presentations.
Metrics
- Increase attendance at ticketed SJSU Hammer Theatre Center and other on-campus student performances by 5% annually.
- Broadcast and distribute at least 100 live athletics events annually to engage regional and national audiences.
Community Impact
Cultivate a reciprocal ecosystem of service and philanthropy in which community impact fuels philanthropic investment and vice versa.
Metrics
- Increase student participation in service learning-designated courses and high-impact regional or global service projects.
- Increase annual philanthropic giving by 5%.
