The College of Health and Human Sciences—an innovator in emerging curriculum is now offering an Advanced Certificate in Mindfulness-Based Healthcare and Human Services (MBHHS) to prepare healthcare and human service professionals to meet the complex needs of evolving work environments.

This first-of-its-kind academic certificate program in applied mindfulness adapts to the interests and aspirations of its participants, providing a robust learning environment to nourish personal and professional development in a truly unique way. The MBHHS program is working to build a mindfulness-based healthcare and human services community to provide participants with the support, skills, context, and experience, enabling them to effectively share their own embodied mindfulness practice with others in real-life and in diverse work settings.

Formal admission is required for the program. The application deadline for Fall 2020 admission is July 1, 2020, and the document deadline is July 20.
