Application

The Title IV-E Application for Fall 2024 is now open.  The deadline to apply is January 31st, 2024. If you are interested in applying for the Title IV-E program for Fall 2024, follow the instructions in the application. 

Qualified applicants will be invited for a virtual panel awards interview.

2024-2025 SJSU Title IV-E Application

You are also required to upload a Statement of Intent and Resume on your application by January 31st:

*Applicants applying to the Part-Time (3-Year) Title IV-E program or the Online/Hybrid (2 Year) Title IV-E program must be a current full time employee of a County Social Services Agency.  In addition to the above listed supplemental documents you are required to:

• You are required to submit a letter of support from the county agency director (due once you are granted acceptance to the MSW program).
