
Employee Relations and Labor Relations
Employee Relations provides guidance and support for workplace matters that help foster respectful, productive, and legally compliant work environments. This unit assists employees and managers with workplace concerns, employee performance, conflict resolution, conduct matters, and other employment-related issues.Labor Relations oversees the university's relationship with its collective bargaining units by administering collective bargaining agreements, supporting labor-management partnerships, advising on contract interpretation, and executing CSU Chancellor’s Office guidance in labor relations matters. Together, these teams partner with employees, managers, and union representatives to support a positive and effective workplace.
