Schedule your budget meeting with Susie Morris (susie.morris@sjsu.edu), the Director of Study Abroad and Away, when you submit your proposal (or earlier), as there is a limited amount of meeting times available and slots will fill up quickly. To avoid scheduling conflicts, meeting requests should not be made at the last minute.

**If you need an extension to submit your proposal, please contact Susie Morris (susie.morris@sjsu.edu).  Please note that late proposal submissions may impact your ability to participate in the Study Abroad Week event (9/14/20-9/18/20).
