The Silicon Valley Center for Entrepreneurship promotes effective entrepreneurship through knowledge creation, knowledge dissemination, collaborative partnerships and outreach activities.

The SVCE's objectives are to:

Undertake research that is valuable to entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs; Develop an entrepreneurship curriculum informed by research; Foster an entrepreneurial mind-set among students at San Jose State University; Strengthen the connective fabric of innovation and entrepreneurship within the University and in Silicon Valley, through interactions and partnerships among SJSU faculty, students, entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders.
