Award-winning technology serial entrepreneur, founder, board advisor, public speaker, award-winning author, and executive with over 25+ years of experience founding and leading early-stage, pioneering consumer Internet companies with a global focus. Areas of specialty include global e-commerce, fintech, mobile apps, tech acquisitions, software development, market penetration strategies, and user-generated content platforms.


GloriaGloria Maceiko

Gloria is a leader in Silicon Valley whose specialties include High Tech Startups, in various sectors, Mobile Applications, Medical Devices, Drug Development, Mobile Devices, Business Development, Wireless Carriers, Mobile Hand-Sets, wireless software platforms and applications, Clean Tech, and Sales. She is currently the director of Silicon Valley Advantage Incubator helping connect University IP and technology to the Silicon Valley ecosystem of entrepreneurship.

Joshua Blay is a senior account executive for Deel where he helps empower global companies by making visas easy. He is passionate about immigration and studies International Community Development at Northwestern University. At Deel, he has devoted his time to working with hundreds of entrepreneurs, founders, employees, and tech talent to navigate global immigration. He takes pride in demystifying the complexities of immigration, and providing straightforward solutions that enable amazing people to build amazing companies, ideas, and technology around the world.


HarshikaHarshika Shrivastava

Harshika is a San José State Student studying Data Science and Machine Learning. She has a strong academic background with excellent technical skills and data science skills which she has leveraged to start her own company, Decofern.
