David has been developing creative brand building campaigns for over ten years and has worked in a variety of community relations and marketing positions for over 13 years. David has a M.A. Degree in Mexican American Studies and a B.A. Degree in Advertising from San José State University. David has also studied advertising at the National Taiwan Academy of Art in Taipei. Before opening Milagro Marketing in 2003, David was The Director of Marketing for The Mexican Heritage Corporation, instrumental in developing creative strategies and securing audience participation for one of the largest Hispanic Cultural Arts Facilities in the Nation. Currently Milagro Marketing has a variety of local, regional, and national accounts that include Mushroom Council of America, Blueberry Council, Evergreen Valley College, and Santa Clara County Health Department, Heineken USA, The National Hispanic University and The City of San José.
David specializes in reaching the very diverse Hispanic Market by creating award winning creative campaigns that speak to the market.
