Program Overview
The Certificate in Advanced Global Leadership is designed for working professionals and graduate students from all disciplines who want to prepare themselves and their organizations to excel in today’s competitive global environment. Students in the program tend to have 10-15 years of professional work experience.
The three-course (9 semester units total), graduate-level program is taught by innovative Lucas School of Business master teachers with diverse global backgrounds and select guest lecturers. Together, they ensure the right mix of theory and practice. You will learn to work more effectively across cultural and organizational boundaries and to develop crucial global leadership competencies in yourself and your organization.
Required courses are held evenings and Saturdays on the SJSU campus.
Courses are delivered in intensive eight-week sessions and may be taken in any order.
