If adding 200+ level classes, approval from GAPE* is required and a registration form.

• MySJSU (for undergrad/postbac) without late fee
• Open University Registration Form without late fee 
• Submit Audit Option form

Last day to Drop 

• Without “W” grade.
• 100% refund

Add: Instructor’s signature/permission number. GAPE* approval to add 200+ level classes.

Drop: Instructor (or Department Chair), CPGE** Associate Dean and Undergraduate Education Associate Dean's signatures

After this date, no refund for dropping class 

Enrollment census - No registration activities on this day.

• Add using Late Add Post-Census Request Form (available at 9 am)
• Late Drop/ Semester Withdrawal Petition Requirement begins

Veteran Day - Campus Closed

Last day to

• Submit a Late Enrollment Petition for Post-Census Requests form for current term 
• Withdraw from semester using Petition For Withdrawal form

Add: Instructor, Department Chair, and CPGE Associate Dean’s** signatures
