If adding 200-level+ classes, approval from GAPE* is required and a registration form.

• Add online via MySJSU (undergrad/postbac) without late fee
• Last day to add using Open University Form 
• Submit Audit Option (PDF); Credit/No Credit grading option(PDF)

Last day to Drop 

• Without a “W” grade.
• 100% refund

Drop: Instructor (or Department Chair), PaCE** and Undergraduate Education Associate Dean's signatures

After this date, drop a class with no refund

Enrollment census (No Enrollment Allowed) 

• Add using Late Enrollment Post-Census Request Form 
• Late Drop/ Semester Withdrawal Petition Requirement begins: Undergraduate, Graduate
