"I am an Industrial and Materials engineer with over 17 years of experience in quality systems, product development, and performance optimization across the cement and advanced materials industries. I currently serve as the Director of Quality and Performance at Fortera, a clean-tech company focused on sustainable cement, leading the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO and regulatory compliance, and aligning quality goals across R&D, production, and business development. I have built my career on a strong foundation in cement chemistry, statistical process control, and analytical testing, with a passion for bringing structure and reliability to innovation-driven environments."

His previous roles include Director of R&D Operations and Director of Analytical and Quality Assurance at Fortera, where he spearheaded calcium carbonate-based material development and helped guide the company’s products through ASTM and AASHTO compliance. Earlier in his career, he held quality and engineering roles at Inland Metals, Tesla Motors, Riga Analytical Laboratory, and Calera Corporation.

"I hold deep expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and advanced characterization techniques. Beyond the lab, I mentor young engineers, bridging cross-functional teams, and driving purpose through performance. My personal and professional mission is to contribute to a more sustainable world through rigorous quality and responsible innovation."
