Our advisors will advise you on the math degree, but the College of Science Advising
Center (COSAC) provides advising on everything else (including GEs). All students
are welcome to stop by for assistance and information regarding their College of Science
major and related SJSU academic and student services.
If you are interested in becoming a student member of the professional mathematics
organizations, check their websites for more information. Note that the SJSU Math
Department is an institutional member of SIAM so that graduate students may join SIAM
at no charge.
