The Student Success unit in the Division of Student Affairs is dedicated to supporting students with their academic goals, providing holistic support, leading transformational high impact programs, and providing high quality transition experiences.

Centro is an identity-based center aimed at providing Latinx/a/o students the resources and individualized support needed to thrive academically and earn their degrees.
We provide support services to help first-generation, limited-income students succeed at SJSU.
Cultivating community through connection to resources and support services for students who have experienced Foster Care and other Independent Living situations.
We help first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students prepare for and apply to doctoral programs.
