Follow the steps below to access e-forms.  E-forms are only available to F-1/J-1 students and scholars. 

Option 1

1. Search: globalspartans.sjsu.edu
2. Click “Log in” with your SJSU credentials
3. Click on the category to search for e-forms.

Option 2 

(If you have issues with logging in one.sjsu.edu or DUO authentication, do not use this option). 

1. Log in to one.sjsu.edu using your credentials
2. Search for “iSpartan” app
3. Click on the category to search for e-forms.
