New Procedure for Appointments

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is now using the Student Patient Portal.  After scheduling an appointment with CAPS, students will receive email notifications regarding their appointments from CAPS labeled "Student Portal & Announcement" a day before the appoinment with information on how to access paperwork and meeting link.

IMPORTANT: All CAPS appointments continue to be provided remotely.  We are in the process of updating the email message regarding check ins. 

Students must log into the Student Patient Portal and check in to initiate your Zoom appointment.

Please check in 30 minutes before your appointment on the portal and complete any necessary forms before you start your Zoom appointment.
