New Procedure for Appointments
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is now using the Student Patient Portal. We currently provide services through telehealth with limited in-person services. To schedule an appointment, please give us a call at 408-924-5910 or email us at email@example.com.
After scheduling an appointment with CAPS, students will receive email notifications regarding their appointments from CAPS labeled "Student Portal Info" a day before the appoinment with information on how to check in to appointment and complete any necessary paperwork.
For Telehealth appointments:
Students must log into the Student Patient Portal and check in to initiate the appointment. Please check in 30 minutes before your appointment on the portal and complete any necessary forms before you start your Zoom appointment.
