MSME Project Deadlines

May 3, 2024, through May 15, 2024

1. Search for Possible Projects 
2. Contact ME Professors and select a Committee Chair
3. Form Advisory Committee
4. Submit Candidacy Form 
5. Conduct a literature search on the project topic and prepare a draft of the project proposal.

August 21, 2024, through September 10, 2024

1. Finalize the draft of the project proposal
2. Have the proposal  approved by the advisory committee (Docusign)
3. Submit the proposal to the department office (DocuSign)

September 10, 2024

 Submit the approved proposal to the ME Office for approval by the Graduate Advisor and the Department Chair.

On or before September 17, 2024

Get the add code from your committee chair
University Deadline for adding a course

NOTE:

1. The proposal must be approved by the Advisory committee, Graduate Advisor, and the Department Chair
