Things You Need To Know

San Jose State University’s primary commitment is to the safety, health and wellbeing of all campus community members, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Given the uncertainty of COVID-19, our physical office will be CLOSED until further notice, however the staff is working remotely and still available to assist you.

June update: We are currently receiving a large number of inquiries, and response times are longer than usual. Before you contact the Bursar’s Office, please read the updates below. If you still have a question, the best way to reach us is by email at bursar@sjsu.edu with inquiries currently taking 5-7 business days to process.    

 

We have temporarily suspended dropping classes due to non-payment and will not resume until after Summer 2020 . Remember, it is your responsibility to drop any class that you do not wish to stay enrolled in.

 

Departmental deposits can be placed in the Depository box at the SSC. It is located to the right of the main doors.
