FD&O supports campus programs, colleges, and departments through renovations, remodels, moving, and facilities hardware installation, maintenance and repair.

Interdisciplinary Science Building

FD&O is handling the move-in and completing construction and facilities installation of the new 8-story, 160,000+ square foot science building. The ISB will be home to the College of Science with collaborative spaces for the College of Professional and Global Education. It officially opens in fall 2023.

Spartan Athletics Center

FD&O managed construction of a new two-story, 55,000+ square foot facility at SJSU's South Campus. The SAC will house football, men’s soccer and women’s soccer and provide state-of-the-art facilities for all of SJSU’s 22 athletic teams. The facility will be open in time for the 2023 football season.
