Ann Lucas Lecture Series in Law and Justice

The Ann Lucas Lecture Series in Law and Justice was established in 2009 by San José State University's Deparment of Justice Studies to honor the memory of Dr. Ann Lucas (1962-2009).

Beyond the Books

Since 2015, the Justice Studies Task Force has invited law enforcement and criminal justice professionals across the nation and among a diverse array of agencies and companies to sit on a panel and share their careers perspectives with students.

The Forensic Science Speaker series brings internationally known Forensic Science experts to campus every semester.

CSI Summer Camp

Experience crime scene investigation and forensic science with actual experts in the field as you learn the secrets of how CSIs uncover hidden evidence, careful observation and collection of evidence, detection and interpretation of fingerprints, blood stain patterns, DNA, report writing, and ethics and court testimony in this one week, hands-on intensive camp at San José State University.
