• Who should I contact to declare my major/minor or get my transfer courses substituted?

  • Aviation and Engineering Technology students should email the department chair, Dr. Fred Barez, at fred.barez@sjsu.edu or the advisor for each undergraduate program: Daniel Neal at daniel.neal@sjsu.edu for Aviation, and Dr. Ali Zargar at ali.zargar@sjsu.edu or through Spartan Connect for Engineering Technology.

• I do not see my Business Minor declared in mySJSU, what should I do?

  • Fill out the Business Transaction Request (Declared Business Minor) Form and check out for further information and confirmation. The Business Minor should be declared after that point.
